Specification Grade

Features a corrosion-resistant, plated steel strap locked in to face and back body to resist pulling away from face/body assembly and holds tight to the wall.

Traditional Look

Traditional contoured face made from impact-resistant nylon blends well with other wiring devices.

Installation Flexibility

Both back and side wire capabilities offer installation flexibility. Eight hole internal screw-pressure-plate back wire terminals accept #10 - #14 AWG solid or stranded copper or copper-clad conductors. Tri-drive terminal and mounting screws. Auto-ground clip assures positive ground.

Split Circuit

Easily accessed break-off, line-contact connecting tab for fast, easy split-circuit wiring.

Lasting Blade Retention

Features 0.032 inch thick, brass, triple-wipe power contacts for lasting retention. Ideal for office settings and high use areas such as hallways, kitchens, and workshops.

Tamper Resistant

Protects children: patented shutter system helps prevent improper insertion of foreign objects—now with black "invisi-shutters" for an invisible effect preferred by end users.
